From car shows to food festivals, there is always something fun happening in Surprise! The City has three different online calendars for you to find some great events this April.
City-hosted events can be found at surpriseaz.gov/Calendar. Some upcoming highlights include LIVE at Asante, Eggstravaganza, Vet Fest, State of the City and more! This is also where you can find City Council meetings and City-related meetings.
Library events can be found at surprisepubliclibrary.gov/Programs. Here you will learn about everything from reading challenges, to crafting, gaming and even gardening!
ExploreSurprise.com/Events features a calendar of items hosted within our community by local businesses, organizations or third-party event producers. Here you will find a variety of events including sports tournaments, local theater, live music, holiday shopping bazaars and much more!

The 5th Annual T.E.A.M. 4 Kids Autism Awareness Car Show is Friday, April 4, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Surprise Stadium. Admission is free. Enjoy vintage cars on display, as well as food trucks and more. Kids will love the bounce houses, face painting, crafts and games. This event is hosted by T.E.A.M. 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy, which works in conjunction with T4K Cares, a nonprofit organization supporting children’s therapy services for families in need.
The Water Lantern Festival at Surprise Community Park is from 4 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 12. Experience this incredible event and create memories for you and your family. Tickets are available at tickets.waterlanternfestival.com/phoenix25.
Foodie Fest presented by PS I Love AZ returns to Mark Coronado Park on Saturday, April 19, from 4 to 10 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults, children 10 and under are free. Those who love to indulge in a variety of mouthwatering dishes from local vendors and food trucks won’t want to miss it!
