Puffy Taco Shack: Based in Surprise, recognized Valleywide
This is na-cho ordinary taco! In fact, the Puffy Taco Shack food truck made Phoenix Magazine’s “Hail to the Taco” list of delicious oddities!
Based in Surprise’s Original Town Site, the Puffy Taco Shack food truck uniquely marries Tex-Mex-style taco fillings in a puffed and fried masa shell – think frybread meets sopapillas!
You can find this local taco truck at the Surprise Stadium during Spring Training games, where it usually sells out before the final inning, or at almost any one of the city's seasonal events throughout the year.
When not on the road, the truck operates at 16426 North Greasewood Street, Surprise, on Wednesdays from 6 to 9 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 6 to 10 p.m.
