Concert for a Cause – Community Food Drive
November 14 | 5:00–10:00 PM
The Riverboat Bingo Building, Surprise
On Stage Now is hosting a free outdoor concert and community food drive to help fight hunger and homelessness in our community around the Thanksgiving holiday.
We’ll have several emerging local bands performing, including Elizabeth Sigady, Kenyon France, Echo Rebellion, The Deadline, and The Indigo Room.
Residents can receive free admission by bringing 5 or more canned food items, a turkey donation, or a new blanket donation. Canned food donations will benefit Valley View Community Food Bank, and new blanket donations will benefit A New Leaf Foundation. We’ve partnered with both organizations to bring live music and community support together for a great cause.
There will also be a food donation bin outside The Riverboat throughout the week leading up to the event, so residents who can't attend the concert can still drop off canned food and help support the food drive.
We are really hoping to get the community involved and collect as much food as possible for Valley View Community Food Bank, so any help spreading the word would mean a lot to us.
